Our warmest, south-facing vineyard location embraced by forests, gives this Sauvignon Blanc its indelible signature.

BODONCI
SAUVIGNON BLANC

TASTING NOTES

Exotic aromatics, luscious yellow-cling peach and passion fruit. Touch of very lightly toasted almonds. Builds and amplifies in the mouth, wisps of Szechuan and cordite widening to the bitter and sweet spice of garam masala and turmeric, then the intensity of dried apricots and salted lemon curd. Tightens up on the finish, the saltiness coming into sharp focus.
