GORIČKO
BLANC

TASTING NOTES

Rich, broad, clotted cream, saffron and creme brûlée on the nose. Dry and fine — thanks to the high-wired acidity it’s not nearly as rich and broad on the palate. A touch of toast, burning cigar. Fine powdery texture like unfired porcelain. Smokiness, ash, precise. The length of minerality on the finish goes on and on. Both vertical and horizontal.

VINIFICATION

50% Laški Rizling, the rest is Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc. Handpicked into 10 kg cases and emptied gently into a destemmer.
