White blend of Welschriesling, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc. Drink it before or after our single vineyard wines - the choice is yours!
BLANC
TASTING NOTES
Rich, broad, clotted cream, saffron and creme brûlée on the nose. Dry and fine — thanks to the high-wired acidity it’s not nearly as rich and broad on the palate. A touch of toast, burning cigar. Fine powdery texture like unfired porcelain. Smokiness, ash, precise. The length of minerality on the finish goes on and on. Both vertical and horizontal.
